Just comfortable sportswear, a bottle of water, and a good attitude! If you have your own gloves or gear, bring them, but we can also lend you some equipment for the first few sessions.
Absolutely. Our kids’ classes are designed to be safe, fun, and age-appropriate. For the youngest (4–6 years), we focus on games and movement, while older kids learn proper techniques with full safety in mind.

It’s a class focused on strength, mobility, and recovery. It’s for everyone – whether you want to complement MMA/kickboxing training or just improve your overall fitness and flexibility.
At the start, regular sportswear is enough. Over time, for striking classes (K1/Kickboxing, MMA), you’ll need boxing gloves, a mouthguard, a groin protector, and MMA gloves. I’ll guide you on what to buy and where.
